Why are there more
fat poor people
than fat rich people?

The cheapest food we can buy
is made with ingredients on this list.

Those of us who act out of Gathering Instinct
like food made with sugar, flour,
milk and corn sweeteners because
we like the way it feels
in our stomach.
And, most importantly,
we can afford a lot of it.

Most poor people seem to have
high levels of Gathering Instinct.
Most rich people seem to have
high levels of Warrior Instinct.
It is their aggressive nature
that brings them wealth.
Those of us who act out of Gathering Instinct
are more concerned with feeling full.
We do not act aggressive.

As long as they are in
their raw state.

Seeds

Pumpkin, Sunflower, etc.
as long as they are
in their raw state and
have not been processed.

Unprocessed grains

Like flax.

The Caveman Diet is simply this:

that has not been growing on this planet for at least as long as we have."
